iOS 12.3.1

I am not able to upgrade to above mentioned subject ...all the time I get a message said


iPhone will try to install this update later tonight . From couple days . As well iTunes shows that ...this is last version


what is going on

It same for me as well. Seems Apple Servers are busy and many users might be downloading it. Or they may have temporarily blocked updating iOS. May be few more bug fixing. But it's nothing to do with your iPhone, chill.
