No. Accidental damage is not covered.

Make an appointment at the genius bar of your local Apple Store and get it fixed.

Note that Apple does NOT sell parts. Any of the 3rd party shops that say they can do it cheaper do NOT have legitimate access to Apple parts. They are using salvaged, counterfeit, knockoff, or stolen parts. Using their services will also permanently forfeit your ability to have the phone serviced by Apple.
