Whatever “germs” you do remove (I assume you mean bacteria and mold spores) will simple repopulate within minutes of cleaning it and resuming normal use of it, unless you keep it in a sterile environment all the time.
Its like these silly cleansers people spend billions on annually to sanitize their bathroom or kitchen counters. Unless you immediately repeat the process endlessly 24/7, it’s largely pointless. If you think your countertops or appliances are sanitized or sterile after using such a product, you’d be sorely disappointed if you actually tested before and after with cultures.
A little water and a microfibre cloth will clean your iPhone well.
"Germs" don't land on your iPhone and take root. It will remove some germs just by cleaning it, others die on their own. If you are truly concerned get an OtterBox Defender or similar case for your iPhone (be sure to use the screen protector), close all the openings and use whatever disinfectant you like on the Otterbox case. But do it frequently throughout the day.
Wipe the screen with a microfiber cloth and clean any case with and water.
Will this remove germs? Or just remove visible dirtiness?
Thank You!
If you're really paranoid, there are UV sterilizers available, https://www.amazon.com/PhoneSoap-Sanitizer-Universal-Charger-Phablets/dp/B016PB1H54. But there are germs everywhere. If you feel the need to sanitize your phone, never touch a stair or escalator handrail, a doorknob or handle, or anything else routinely touched by others. And definitely steer clear of romaine lettuce.
