Accessing itunes on Samsung phone

Hi,

Can i access my itunes library on my samsung S9 via the android 'apple music' app... rather than having to manually move my large library. I am subscribed to itunes match but not signed up to apple music. Ideally just use icloud like i did with my iphone??

apple music on android I want to transfer my itunes music library to my android so i don't have to stream the music. I have a macbook air and a motorola G6 phone. I need step by step instructions..... don't just say use "such and such app"
