My friend was on trip and bought there this Mac, but when arrived back to my country, he decided to buy Macbook and sell the Mac mini he had bought... so he offered it for me and send that from behind of box.
All I know is he bought it in the USA, not in Europe. He wasn't more specific. Also I can't find anywhere configuration or more information via product number, tried to find out what MB at the end stands for, but nothing.
Giving second more specific picture which I wanted to post instead of the first one, but here it is.
He may have bought that in the USA but it was not bought from Apple nor an Apple Authorized reseller in the USA. That item was shipped from China intended for sale in the EU.
An item purchased from Apple or an Apple Authorized seller in the USA will not include the “Apple distribution international” reference since Apple is headquartered in the USA and so does not indicate “international” ddistrubution since USA sales are considered domestic sales. That line indicates it originated from the factory for sale somewhere outside the USA. Your “Z0W2000MB” would indicate, according to the web, lthat device may have been originally sold in Poland?
My built to order Mac mini, ordered from the Apple USA online store (I live in the USA so shipped directly to my home) and also model A1993 (as all 2018 minis are) shows on the box:

In what country was the Mini purchased?
Looking at the USA Apple store the only option not covered by the previous data (e.g., the qGB-e) stands for the baseline 1 GB ethernet with option of 10 GB) is preinstalled software of Logic Pro X and Final Pro Cut X
