how to start a chat with apple support? i'm incredibly annoyed to go in circles and going to this unofficial forum which i absolutely don't need.

There is a LINK at the top right of every page here

It starts a "triage" that MAY end up with the opportunity to Chat, depending what topic & problem

And this is not an 'unofficial forum', it's on Apple's website and they moderate it

sorry. i didn't asked "itunes support". i wrote "apple support". this means "apple support" and not the "itunes support".
