I'm looking for a way to remove animation when minimizing or maximizing a window. Is there any way to do it via terminal..?
You can reduce most animations by simply checking "Reduce motion" in System Preferences > Accessibility > Display.
I re-read your original post. You did state you wanted to eliminate minimizing animations. Sorry about that. There is no global commnad to disable all animations. There are terminal commands spread throughout various forums on how to disable some. Too many to list but a search should get you started.
That is not related with these effects, I tried to toggle it on/off but effects are still the same.
Perhaps you meant something other than opening and closing windows Such as hiding and showing windows.
Yes, I was thinking that there might be some terminal command that eliminates/modifies these effects, but I couldn't find any.
