I've created an iTunes play list and copied it to a CD. I now want to print out a track listing but on right clicking, (which I would usually do to select copy and enable me to paste into Pages) I don't get the ability to copy. Am i missing something please?

Yes you do. I assume you are in Songs view? Highlight any one track, then CMD-A to highlight them all. Edit > Copy.
You can paste into another program. It will look much neater in Excel than Word or Pages.
