I have received an email saying I have successfully purchased a subscription for Youisician ong Google Play Smule . The date of purchase was 24 January 2018. One month at $23.62 unless I cancelled the subscription. This was on my Itunes account. I tried to click on the cancel link and got what looked like the Apple page but when I tried to sign in a red screen appeared. I did not order anything from Itunes . Where did this come from?

No, receiving such emails in no way indicates a compromised account. The key thing to remember with such messages is that they are bogus, and should not be responded to. Do not use any link that suggests “unsubscribe”, as doing simply tells the scammer that your email address is legitimate and in use.
