Unauthorized purchase

I have received an email saying I have successfully purchased a subscription for Youisician ong Google Play Smule . The date of purchase was 24 January 2018. One month at $23.62 unless I cancelled the subscription. This was on my Itunes account. I tried to click on the cancel link and got what looked like the Apple page but when I tried to sign in a red screen appeared. I did not order anything from Itunes . Where did this come from?
