How tontransfer contacts to new iphone

There are multiple ways you can do this.

• Take iCloud Backup and restore it to your new iPhone
• Synch you iHone to iTunes on Mac/PC and then synch to your new iPhone too
• Take BackUp of your old phone on Mac/PC and restore on your new iPhone
• After synching on Mac / PC - Export contacts to CSV of V Card, import on to iCloud

Not answering your direct question but if you keep your contacts in your email providers contacts database (iCloud, Yahoo!, hotmail ...) then they are available to all your devices at all times and up to date on all of them.
