my friend has repeatedly entered the wrong Apple id password and her account was blocked. when he released it, he tried the question but did not know the correct answers, the account was made for many years and when she tried by email, the email was the one with ••••••@icloud.com that was registered on phone and when it came to email to see if it received the email with the steps to unlock ,it will no longer update the emails because its account is blocked .. what solution would be to get and receive the instructions necessary to unlock the iCloud account ? thank you !
