How do I use my iPhone as a remote control for my MacBook Pro?

There are Apps available in App store which can do this for you.

Me mentioning any app here would amount to advertisement.

Look under category Productivity, Business etc..

There used to be a specific Keynote remote app.

Thanks. I may be trying to do something unusual. I have used my previous phone with a previous MacBook in keynote. I don't remember having a special app.
