Wow so whoever compromised my Apple ID made sure they ran the gambit on making sure I can’t change anything or remove anything but my iPhone that they also compromised

My account has been compromised, I have no permissions ow to remove things such as two part authentication or even where they went farther and did the code generator to do the other, and I am unable to add or take away so I can just make a new Apple ID I just want my account where it’s only me in it even if I have to go live every Half hour with my ID next to my face
