I dropped my MacBook Pro!

Hi,

I accidentally tripped on the wire of my MacBook Pro and it fell about 80cm and hit the floor, on the left corner between the screen and the keyboard. There's a dent on the frame of the screen and the corner of the screen is slightly faded white. Everything is working okay though... should I be worried? On my last computer the screen got slightly damaged and it grew and grew until the whole screen was black and I don't want that happening again.
