Cant activate ipod server not active

I havent been using my old iPod in a while but today someone stole my iPhone 6 and I need it to work

Till the matter is resolved.

I'm getting a message : "cant activate ipod sever not active". What do I do?

Try If you can't activate your iPhone - Apple Support. Some of the same suggestions should apply to the iPod.
