iPhone 7 loud home button sound on click & vibration

out of the blue the home button on my phone has begun to make a loud sound on click. As others have pointed out, sometimes it happens on every click, sometimes not. When the entire phone vibrates, this same noise emanates from the home button. It sounds like something rattling inside the phone near the home button. I thought it was my broken phone case not making a good fit and causing the issue , so I bought a new one and that didn’t fix it (noise persists with case off). I have adjusted the haptic settings and the home button click, but nothing fixes it. While others have called this a minor nuisance, I disagree. It’s entirely annoying and is so loud that the click/rattle/vibration sound wakes my sleeping baby. For the record, my phone has been restarted and my phone does not have any cracks on the screen or the back. Does anyone have an actual solution to this that doesn’t require replacing the front of the phone or “living with it”?
