Photos missing, recently deleted empty

Hi, I’ve got a big problem. Today I checked my photos from Thursday and all photos of this whole day are missing. I’ve checked recently deleted folder but it is empty. How is this possible? So I tried to check this photos on other devices - iPad and Mac but same problem. Photos are gone and recently deleted is empty. I also check iCloud.com , Files on devices, hide photos, but all is empty.... is there any way how to recover this photos? No one can log into my account and only I have access to my devices. Thank you for help.

If you are using iCloud Photos, did you delete photos on any of your devices? If you delete the photos from the iPad for example, they will be deleted from iCloud, and then from the iPhone and the Mac as well.

Usually deleted photos will stay in the Recently Deleted album, but only, if you have not used up all iCloud Storage. If you are running out of storage in iCloud, the photos will not be saved in recently deleted, but deleted immediately.

Yes, I know it but I did not deleted it and as I wrote recently deleted folder is empty and also on iCloud.com is empty .. I’ve got 200GB iCloud and 130GB free so I’m not in out of storage. And all devices have 15+ GB free.

I’ve tried 3 different apps for data backup from iPhone and iPad but it shows only photos in my library and shared albums.. I found iCloud backup 2 days old but photos are not included in it.

is there any function App that can restore this photos from phone?

An iCloud backup of your iPhone will not include items that are synced with iCloud Photo Library. if you are using iCloud Photos it is really hard to keep a backup of your photos.

If you backed up the iPhone with iTunes, The iTunes backup may include the missing phots, provided you do not use "optimize Storage" on the iPhone.

Time Machine on your Mac may have made a backup of the photos, but only, if you are not using "Optimize Storage" with iCloud, and only, if the photos had been downloaded to the Mac from iCloud, before they vanished.

Since there is no storage problem on your iPhone, data recovery software may be able to recover someof your photos from the iPhone, but I cannot recommend any data recovery software, because I never tested them myself.
