how to get an app refunded for an app that doesn't work

I purchase an app today "SKEW" and it doesn't work. How do I get a refund for what I Paid?

You can use the Report a Problem link in the email receipt you should have gotten for the purchase, or log into https://reportaproblem.apple.com and raise an issue with the purchase there. There’s an option to request a refund there as well.
