Identify iPad Generation

Can someone tell me how I can identify which generation I have? I can find the model, serial, and version in settings but when I try to search online for the generation using that info, I can only find models that start with "A" and my model is MD786LL/A. Can anyone tell me how or where I can look this up to find my model's generation? Thanks.

Yeah I did do a search for the model number MD786LL/A, which I found under settings, but could not find anything on that model number. And the link you gave I also had looked there but it also doesn't show the model MD786LL/A. Come to find out there is another model number for the device on the back side of the device, which is "A1474". According to that, it should be 5th generation. (I think)
