How can I cancel a data request?

Are you referring to a request for your personal data? This would include things like app usage information, documents, contacts, etc. If this is what you are asking about, I do not see an option to cancel. However, requesting this information should not have any negative impact on you. You can simply ignore the link you receive from Apple.

How can I cancel my request for copy of data for icloud photos, contact, requests, activity and etc.? I was trying to figure out how to cancel it but I cannot find any info. I just decided to cancel the request.

Yes, that's what I request a while ago and made me realized after to cancel it. Since you said that there's no option to cancel it maybe you're right, I should ignore anyway.
