How do I update my iPad 4 to iOS 12?

Hi. I was trying to install a new app on my iPad but it said that I have to have at least iOS 11. My iPad 4 is currently running on iOS 10 version. How do I update my iPad 4 to iOS 11 or 12?a

iPad Update I do not have any new notifications about new versions of iOS. I have got 10.3.3 version and the question is: Can I update my iPad 4 to for example iOS 12 or 13? or is it impossible?

An iPad 4 can't be updated past 10.3.3.
