The problem of language on Apple Music

My system language is in Portuguese (Portugal) and my Apple Music and iTunes or App Store is showing Chinese, which makes me confused because I’m sure that my Apple ID is set to use Portuguese (Portugal)

Hello momo_chr50124,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! I understand that you're seeing content from the Apple Music catalog in Chinese instead of Portuguese in the Music app on your iPhone. I would be happy to help provide steps so you can enjoy your music as expected again.

Let's start by forcing the Music app to close, then restart your iPhone:

If this is still happening, the next step would be to sign out of Apple Music. This would remove any music synced to iCloud Music Library or music that has been downloaded to listen to offline from your device. Once you sign back in, turn on iCloud Music Library and connect to the internet in order to sync your music again.

You can sign out of Apple Music by going to Settings > iTunes & App Store, tap your Apple ID, then tap Sign Out. Sign back in to the iTunes & App Store with your Apple ID, then go to Settings > Music. Turn on iCloud Music Library and Show Apple Music:

Let us know what happens after trying those steps.

Take care!

Hi,

I have tried the steps above many times and it cannot solve my problem.

My Apple Music is the Hong Kong one because I'm living in Hong Kong, However, instead of showing English on a non-Chinese system, it shows me Chinese which is hard to use for me.

If I use English as my system language and it will be normal, I don't know why Apple did this to non-Chinese users.
