AppleScript Syntax Error Help - Conversion from Anything to Files/folders failed

Hi - I created an Automator script to prompt me for a name to create a folder and select a document to copy. that used to work. Ever since I updated to 10.14.3 I am now getting a syntax error for my Run AppleScript step. Why am I getting this error?

"Run AppleScript failed - 1 error"

"The action "Run AppleScript" encountered an error: "The operation could not be completed. (com.apple.Automator error -212.)"

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
