Epson WF-2650 Printer

I am trying to print double-sided with long edge binding, but the feature in greyed out in the Layout Settings. I attempted to set this in Printer Features but it would print double-sided along short edge despite setting for long edge binding.

This problem seemed to have occurred since the update to Sierra and persists with Mojave. I noticed others also have had this problem but has still not been addressed.
