I wonder if anyone knows the symptoms of broken ic charging.

My iPhone SE is acting weird if it been charged above 70%.

The touch would jump a little.

I went to repair shop and the person said it could be the battery, the flexible, or the ic.

So again, do you know what symptoms of broken ic charging...
