How do I cancel subscriptions - no option on the subscription page.

What options are you seeing for them : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support ?

If it says that they will expire and is only giving you options to resubscribe it implies you've already unsubscribed or they weren't set to auto-renew.
