Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! I understand that the system language on your Mac is set to Dutch, however the Safari menu bar is shown in English. You've come to the right place for a resolution.

Let's start by making sure that your preferred language is set to Nederlands - Dutch as the primary language. Then go to System Preferences > Keyboard > Text. Ensure that Spelling is set to either Deutsch or Automatic by Language as well. Keep us posted on the results.

These steps i also took but that was not the problem. I contacted apple support once again and they phoned me back. A guy let me open the terminal and copied a link in it deleting a file in the library. After a reboot safari was back in Dutch. Problem solved after all. The link I still have in my possession so if somebody wants him I can post it or send it through email.
