Theatre mode

To turn off Theater Mode, tap the screen on your Watch or press the Digital Crown. THen swipe up from the bottom fo the face to open Control Center. Then tap the Theater Mode mode button (the one with a mask). Hope this helpful!

Reset your watch. Press the crown and side button in until the Apple logo appears. The turn on.

By the way, whenever someone has a problem with their Watch, the automatic go to solution should NOT be a force restart. As Apple describes, “You should force restart your device as a last resort and only if it's not responding.” https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204510

Don’t worry, we all have to learn some time and we have at least one other member just started copy/ pasting reset instructions as the default response. There’s no prize for being the first to reply, and all an unhelpful reply does is remove questions from the Unanswered list where they are easy to find.
