iPhone radiation

I have the iPhone 7 model. I speak on the phone 2-2:30 hours on average every day. I am worried about the iphone’s radiation.

I have done a lot of research on the web. What is better: a) wired cable with iPhone 1 mètre away b) Bluetooth earphones with iPhone 3-5 mètres away?

So you mean all these articles on the web have no substance?

It's kind of like all of those articles you can find on the web about alien abductions have no substance. Just because someone put up a web page doesn't make what it says on the site true.

Also, what does it mean when a phone has 5x the SAR of another phone?

It means that, based on a certain test, the iPhone emits 5X more of the non-ionizing radiation than a different phone. That is all it tells you. That rating was added because lots of people who didn't understand the science demanded it. And, because, at the time, the evidence was less clear.

Actually, there is research that proves that phones are NOT related to cancer. Holding your phone next to your ear for hours is certainly not good for your arm, but it won't have any ill effects on your head.

As IdrisSeabright said, which you ignored, is there has been no increase in brain cancer since the introduction of cell phones. That's over 30 years. That is probably the most telling single fact. In fact, if you look at the statistics, brain cancer rates have declined slightly over that time period. If there was a connection it would have showed up long ago. And IdrisSeabright works in medical research, and has access to all of the most up-to-date research on this.

What do you mean? People that have their phone next to their ear and talk for hours are fine?

Yes, they're fine.

know there is no research to prove phones are related to cancer, but holding your phone next to your head cannot be good.

On what do you base that supposition? Of course, your neck arm might get sore from holding the phone for that long.
