I’m trying to change handwritten notes to typed and I’m not finding a way to do that in Notes.
Hoping someone one can offer advice please. I’m sure there’s an easy way to do it but I don’t know.

You cannot do so with the iOS default Notes app. It does not offer handwriting recognition so cannot convert writing to typeface. There are numerous notes apps in the App Store that can do that though, search for handwriting recognition.
