Screen Time for All Apps

If you set 2 hours of screen time for "All Apps," does that mean you have 2 hour limit for each of the app, or does it mean total of 2 hours for any combination of apps used? (It is almost like the child can use his or her phone for only 2 hours per day.)

Settings > Screen Time > App Limits > Add Limit > All Apps and Categories > 2 hrs means that all apps have a daily combined limit of 2 hrs. If you set them up separately, you could have 2 hr limit for games and a 3 hr limit for "productivity" and so on.

Also, note that any apps turned on under "Always Allowed" will not be limited to 2 hrs.
