Watch 3 Cellular and Ocean Swimming
I would like to know if the cellular works when going for an ocean swim. Assuming that one would normally have coverage at the beach, if one is swimming near the shore, would the cellular work?

They recommend that it could be patchy same as the GPS. Not sure who you would want to call in the sea that cannot wait till you get to the shore.
