Searching

My phone keeps saying searching or no service after I updated it. Nothing under carrier settings

Service problem So lately my phone has said either no service or searching, I have an iPhone 7. I just updated my phone to IOS 13.4.1 and had an update with my phone carrier. After I did the update for phone carrier it worked fine, but woe and behold it's not working again. It is saying searching now.

Using Phone My phone is not working. Top left of screen says Either-Searching or No Service. I have tried all the options advised by apple and BT who is my carrier. Got any ideas please. M J Cullen
