Edit Subscription screen is empty / blank and cannot cancel my subscriptions
I have the following device:
- iOS 12.0.1
- a1474 (iPad Air Wi-Fi)
When I attempt to access my subscriptions by going to
- Settings ->Apple ID -> iTunes & App Store
- Tap on my apple id -> View Apple ID
- Under "Account Settings", tap on "Subscriptions"
I will then see the "Edit Subscriptions" screen is blank.
I noticed that if you tap around the blank screen area, it seems you can tap on the (invisible) cancellation button to trigger the cancellation. See attachment "tapping around the empty (blank) area.PNG".
