Billing problem

Hi there

I’ve tried changing my debit card so many times but in vain, I cannot update my apps or even pay for Apple music for over three months now, the card I’ve tried changing to has money but still declines. Any assistance on this?

It might be being declined because it's debit cards, they seem to be being accepted less-and-less by iTunes. Try a different card, preferably a credit card.


For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you are (and therefore the country which is on your iTunes account).
