How the **** do i access to find my phone in the app if i dont have my phone!!!!! cause it was stolen!!!!!!!!!!

I am trying to access my moms account on find my iphone and the only way is by using the phone that actually got stolen!!!!!!!!! i blocked the icloud account and the only way to access it is by using the **** phone!!!! HELPPPPPPPPPPPPP

I lost my iphone Hello, lost my phone to thief 2 days ago. Although I want to try to find my phone on the map using icloud, my icloud was blocked for 24 hours. Then i waited for 24 hours and i tried again. But my icloud has been blocked another 13 days. Today is the first day of the blocked 13 days. I don't have phone's official package, so I don't know my phone's IMEI. I want to find my phone. What should i do? Please help me find my phone.

Blocking my lost iPhone I lost my iphone and there’s a new icloud signed in on it. But when I look it up on my icloud the device is still listed as my iphone or the icloud is still signed in. Then when i try to do the find my iphone it won’t show up. I wanted it to be blocked. So that the one who has it will not be able to use it. The one in the arrow is the one got i lost/stolen.
