iPad causes dizziness and disorientation

Writing for a friend who used the iPad daily for editing of photos. She began experiencing severe dizziness and disorientation. Also she felt like she was walking around in a tunnel. The only thing different she was doing before this happened was using the iPad daily for photography editing.

She decided to stop using the iPad to see if there was an improvement and there was. Her symptoms stopped when she took a break from the iPad.

Has anyone heard of this happening to others?  I want to help my friend since she is staying off

line for the time being.

Thanks!

Maybe don’t use the iPad at full screen brightness.

Also, all of the iPad’s/iOS motion graphics “eye candy” has been known to cause varying levels of motion sickness of affected users.

You can reduce all of iOS’s motion graphics and animations by going into the Settings app, General, Accessibility and toggle ON Reduced Motion to seriously reduce all of the iOS motion graphics animations.

By reducing all of the iOS animations and motion, you'll notice that your iPad will respond quicker, as a result.

Best of Luck to You!
