Pin for airpods
I’m having a herd time trying to connect my new Airpods to my Windows laptop I use fro work. It keeps asking for a pin and I have the latest Bluetooth driver installed. Any suggestions?

It should be 0000. If that doesn't work try resetting the AirPods and resetting Bluetooth on your computer. Actually, it is quite unusual for a computer (even Windows) to ask for an authorization code for connecting headphones.

That is not correct. You can pair AirPods with any device that supports the BlueTooth A2DP profile.

try 0000 for the PIN.
Hi Lawrence..How do you reset the Pods? Holding the button till it turns orange? If so I tried it too

Yes, that's it. This sounds like a problem with the BT on your computer. Have you tried some basics like rebooting, and temporarily disabling your antivirus?
