Logi USB / Bluetooth Mouse stuttering with MacBook Pro

Hello everyone! After switching to a MacBook Pro 2018 my M590 mouse doesn't work correctly anymore.

The mouse works on all other devices (connected via normal USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 ports) without problems.

On the MacBook, however, the mouse stutters and jerks so much that you can't actually work with it.

I connect the Unified Dongle either via a Thunderbolt to USB-C / USB 3.0 adapter or via a USB port in the connected 4K display (LG 32UD99-W) via Thunderbolt.

- the stuttering occurs regardless of whether the 4K display is connected or not

- stuttering also occurs when WLAN is deactivated

I'm afraid I'm at a loss. The mouse is only 2 months old and works on all other devices without problems.

I am grateful for every hint.
