Stage light is advertised for the iPhone XR, this is my favorite portrait mode and shortly after purchasing I realized my iPhone did not actually have this feature. What is wrong? Why doesn’t my phone have the feature? It’s in the advertisement

It's advertised for the front-facing Portrait Mode.
When it comes to the rear camera, you only have one lens with XR, so the camera can't build the 3D map of depth with a single lens. That's why both of 'Stage Light' modes are missing.
