Crash reporter not compatible with Mojave

I have just had a message saying that Crash Reporter is not optimised for Mojave and will not work on future releases of OSX how can this be so

iMac 21.5" 4K, 10.14

Yes. And I'm sure there will be a 64bit version for the next release. The warning comes up for all 32bit apps.
