I need help with my ipad, it use to be my younger brother ipad my we lost him in an accident, and i forgot everything about the password and the id, but my daddy bought it for him as a birthday gift when they both travelled to london.
Bring it in to an Apple store along with a death certificate, proof of purchase and your photo ID. They may be able to help.
You're not talking to Apple here, just other users like yourself. You'll need to bring it in. If it was purchased from Apple they should have a record of the sale.

I really don't know the policy in Ghana Apple shops. You'll need to ask them. Even in the US, it's mostly up to the individual Apple Stores.
