Siri is saying every character I text and I can't figure out how to turn it off

I changed some settings on my phone yesterday trying to save battery life and now I can't remember exactly what all I changed.... Siri is reading every character I type aloud even when phone is in silent mode, please help!

It actually has nothing to do with Siri. Go to Settings>General>Accessibility>Speech>Typing Feedback and turn everything on that page off.
