Update card

Hi, I can't update my card information after I changed bank. I get this error message. And due to the fact I can't update card information I can't download any apps.

See here: If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

You may need to contact your Bank to find out why the card is being declined.
