Network issues can contribute to that kind of behaviour.

Youtube content is highly compressed and not really a proper indication. Try with high quality HD or 4K content from another app

If on wifi try Ethernet

Reboot ATV and router

If it’s an issue only with Eurosport then it’s something to do with the app itself and the developer would need to fix it

Are you experiencing issues with any other app? Are you able to stream other video without issue?

I have install the Eurosport Player app on apple tv 4k, i press to open and then i have a message about my location and i select allow, then i see the ''E'' of the eurosport and a circle keep round and round ... After 1 hour the same image and the circle keep round.
