Is this a trusted security network for my Mac? I thought I was hacked and this service was offered

Please explain further. Did you respond to a popup message on your computer? Did you allow the “Experts” to access your computer?
Having a Mac is precisely why no such extra security measures are required.
If you allowed them to remotely access your computer, you should restore it using a backup that predates the intrusion.
You should change your Apple ID password, and any other password ever entered in that computer.
If you paid them with a credit or debit card, contact your bank immediately and inform them of the scam.

Yes but it said that I needed to call this number because my security had been compromised
What do I need to do? Because I bought their security system.🤦🏻♀️ I thought it was legit since I bought a Mac 🖥 and I was afraid I was being hacked.
