can i export health data to another health app on another iphone?

I guess I didn't state my request properly. I want transfer the data associated with Health app from Iphone-A to Iphone-B using a Icloud backup of Iphone-A. I assume that both phones can connect to the same Icloud database. Is this correct? Assuming it is I can do a full backup from Iphone-A which includes the health data. What I want to do is restore only the health data from

Iphone-A to iphone-B but I don't know how to select only the health data from the full backup of Iphone-A and restore it to Iphone-B
