The ability and steps needed to do this would vary by app. In the Settings or in-game menus, do you have any option to sign in with your game account? Many iOS games use your Apple ID to save/sync Game Center progress, but since you were using Android previously, your game progress wouldn't be associated with the Apple ID. If you don't see the option to sign in with a non-Apple ID style account within the game, your best bet is to reach out to the developer to see if this is possible: How to contact an app developer.
