How do I stream music into an iPhone?

I am buying an iPhone 7 with bluetooth. I intend to pay for a streaming service probably Apple streaming. How do I go about streaming the music from an iPhone 7? Are there any adjustments I need to make...settings? And how do I connect with the service that steams the music?

Any suggestions would be helpful.....
