How to fade in a single track on GarageBand 10.3.1

I have tried looking everywhere to try and find out how to fade in a single track. Anywhere I look it always is referring to the older versions of GarageBand. Only just a couple of months ago did I start making music, it is realy fun. But what would make it better is if I could fade in single tracks and fade them out. Thanks
